Otera Capital and RBC Capital Markets to Finance St. Modwen’s Pipeline

CDPQ’s Otera Capital and RBC Capital Markets did a deal for a 5-year £525 million financing to the Blackstone Group-owned St. Modwen’s UK logistics development pipeline.
Otera Capital is owned by CDPQ.
On November 10, 2022, St. Modwen purchase a c.170,000 square foot cross-docked distribution centre in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The property is located at Hatfield Business Park.
