Job Description:
The right candidate MUST have experience in investor relations and hedge funds or mutual funds. You should have excellent communication skills, and presentation skills to introduce the company to different investors during the roadshow. You will be tasked with different projects, handling multiple SEC filings and directly report to the management. The successful candidate would possess the following qualifications:
strong project management skills,
excellent presentation & writing skills,
good interpersonal & management skills,
professional appearance
bilingual in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
ability to take initiative and work independently
ability to multi-task and go the extra step to get the job done
extremely organized and detail orientated
well organized and able to assume responsibility for specific project deliverables with limited supervision.
